This Habitat for Humanity of Key West and the Lower Keys project is 18 affordable townhouse style owner-occupied dwelling units on a 1.3-acre scarified lot at Big Coppitt Key.
The project is be a mix of 1, 2, & 3 bedroom townhouse style units. Considerable openspace and recreation area is created on the site. The design embraces the Overseas Heritage Trail and the East Coast Green Way.
A new interior driveway will be constructed across the site avoiding new curb cuts on US hwy 1 and allowing local cross traffic between Jade and Aqua Marine Drives without using US 1.
